PRECAUTIONS AND POLICIES

PRECAUTIONS:

If any of the following applies to you, you will not be a good candidate for waxing and may not be serviced.

*Use of Retinols or Accutane.
*Use of doctor prescribed acne medications.
*Use of steroid medications.
*Contagious skin conditions. 
*Chemical peels.

*Use of some antibiotics.

*Use of skin bleaching agents.

Please discontinue use of retinols 2 weeks prior to booking any face waxing appointments.

POLICIES:

There is a 25% deposit fee that is due at the time of booking.

your credit card information will be stored for future payments.

Your card is only charged 25% of service price at the time of booking and is applied to your total service cost. 

All Credit card information is protected.

The card on file should be VALID so that if any fees accrue, the appropriate card is being charged.

Incorrect card information will result in not being able to book future appointments.  

Please note that if a client cancels under the 48 hour notice period or is a no-show, the 25% deposit will not be refunded.

Upon booking a new appointment, a new deposit will have to be paid. 

There is a 5% processing fee when paying with a card in person.

There is a 10 minute grace period for clients and the artist. Arrival of 15 minutes or more past appointment time may result in the client not being seen right away or appointment being cancelled. In the event that the appointment is cancelled, the no show fee will be charged to client's card on file. 

Cancellations under the 48 hour notice period will be charged a cancellation fee equaling to 75% of service price.
Attempting to reschedule or cancel an appointment that is scheduled for the same day is considered a no show and client will be required to pay 100% of service price.

Appointments needing to be rescheduled 48 hours before appointment day and time will be pushed out one week. Attempting to reschedule the booked appointment more than one week out will result in appointment being cancelled and card being charged the under 48 hour cancellation fee.

Client is only allowed one rescheduled appointment. Attempting to reschedule more than once will result in the corresponding fee being due. 

In the event that a client does accumulate any fees, the credit card on file will be immediately charged. If client is sent an invoice and has not paid within 2 hours of the time due, funds will automatically be pulled from the account on file.

FAILURE TO PAY ANY FEES WILL RESULT IN NOT BEING ABLE TO BOOK FUTURE APPOINTMENTS AND BEING DELETED FROM THE CLIENT DATABASE. YOU WILL ALSO NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.
